How Creare Solutions Fees works

$50 per payer / therapist.
Creare Solutions helps with CAQH, payer applications, credentialing packets, attestations, effective dates, roster updates, and credential management. The first four are free when you choose Creare Solutions.

What does "net collections" mean?
Net collections refers to money actually collected by your practice from patients or insurance providers after adjustments. Creare’s fee is calculated on collected revenue, not on uncollected or pending claims.
What if Creare Solutions isn't the right fit?
If you determine during onboarding or your first month that our service isn't the right fit, Creare will waive the billing fee. Third-party pass-through fees or completed standalone credentialing work may still apply.
Do I need to switch EHRs?
No. Creare Solutions works directly inside your existing EHR, including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and Sessions Health.
