✔The 4% fee is based on net collections received during that month.

Therapy practice math
If Bomi gives you back one client slot a week, it can often pay for itself.
Bomi Billing is 4% of net collections, so your practice keeps 96%. For many solo practices, if Bomi saves enough admin time, billing stress, or claim follow-up to open one additional client slot each week, that session can often cover the fee.
EXAMPLE
20 sessions / week
$125 average
Monthly Collections
$10,825
Bomi fee at 4%
$433 / month
One extra session / week
$520 after 4%
In this example, one additional weekly session more than offsets Bomi's monthly fee.

Pricing Questions
Is Bomi Billing month-to-month?
Yes. Bomi Billing is month-to-month. No long-term billing contract is required.
When does Bomi charge its 4% fee?
Bomi invoices at the end of the month based on net collections actually received during that month. If a claim has not paid yet, it is not included in that month's Bomi fee.
What does net collections mean?
Net collections means money actually collected by the practice from insurance or patients, after adjustments that reduce the collected amount. Bomi's fee is based on collected revenue, not on claims that are still unpaid.
Do I have to switch EHRs?
Usually, no. Bomi works inside the EHR your practice already uses and supports SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and Sessions Health. We can talk through your setup during the call.
Can one client slot a week really cover Bomi's fee?
Often, yes. Because Bomi charges 4% of net collections, your practice keeps 96% of collected revenue. If Bomi gives you back one client slot a week through saved admin time, cleaner benefit checks, faster denial follow-up, or fewer unpaid balances, that session can often offset the fee. For example, at 20 sessions per week and $125 collected per session, one additional weekly session more than offsets the example monthly Bomi fee.
Does Bomi guarantee payer rates?
No. We can talk through payer options and common reimbursement expectations in your area, but rates vary by payer, contract, provider type, license, location, and negotiation.
Can I leave Bomi Billing anytime?
Yes. Bomi Billing is month-to-month. No long-term billing contract is required.
