Amber Walker, MHA, CPC-I
With a passion for helping mental health providers thrive, Amber Walker has been empowering practices to strengthen their financial operations since 2014. As the Founder and CEO of Creare Solutions, she is dedicated to simplifying the complexities of medical billing and revenue cycle management, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Throughout her career, Amber has served as a revenue cycle consultant and liaison for leading healthcare organizations, including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), McKesson, and Kaiser Permanente. Her expertise spans commercial and government insurance billing, credentialing, claims management, denial resolution, and revenue recovery. She is committed to helping small and mid-sized behavioral health practices maximize reimbursement, improve operational efficiency, and build sustainable growth.
Amber earned her Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University, followed by a Master of Healthcare Administration, and is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Her combination of clinical reimbursement knowledge, strategic leadership, and hands-on industry experience has made her a trusted partner for mental health organizations nationwide.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, practicing yoga, reading, traveling, and developing innovative solutions that help healthcare providers succeed.
